The Pourquois Diversity Approach

Synergy is key for building solid business relationships. We want to give each of you the time and guidance you deserve.   Together we will create and refine your plan for success. We didn’t get there alone. And neither will you.

1

We develop a collaborative relationship to help you define your goals and outcomes.

We begin each engagement with a sense of curiosity to understand your goals and what you want to accomplish. Every organization begins with some sense of their problem and what they want.  Through an assessment process we will seek to clarify your mission-critical goals. The consolidation of information leads to a more through and compelling approach to the project.

2

We will engage in creative inquiry.

Creative thinking and innovation will be applied to the specific goals and objectives of each engagement. We encourage the process of discussion and diverse perspective taking to converge on the most suitable approaches for each situation. Training may be one element of advancing diversity and inclusion, but rarely is it the only element. A comprehensive plan will be developed before implementation.

3

We will help you assess impact.

We will apply quantitative and qualitative evaluation approaches and metrics to evaluate the impact of strategies implemented. At the end of each engagement we prepare   a written evaluative report to assess project effectiveness.
